Terms and Conditions for Cocktail Toppers Pro:

‘Company’ is Cocktail Toppers Pro or their subcontractors or agents.

‘Client’ is the person hiring the equipment or services from the Company.

Introduction: These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the products and services offered by Cocktail Toppers Pro. By using our products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Product Information: Cocktail Toppers Pro offers a variety of edible cocktail toppers. Our products are designed for adults and are intended for consumption in moderation.

Order Processing: All orders will be processed and shipped within the time frame specified on the website. Cocktail Toppers Pro reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason.

Photo Print Quality: Please ensure that the picture you provide is of high quality to achieve the best possible photo print. While we will do our best with images taken on a phone, they may be of lower quality compared to those taken with a professional camera. Photos taken with a professional camera will result in a nicer print. Please note that we use edible ink, which may slightly reduce the print quality.

Print Quality, Colour & Texts Disclaimer for Cocktail Toppers

Please note that black or dark backgrounds may appear lighter than expected due to the limitations of edible ink. Edible inks cannot produce deep, true black tones in the same way standard ink can, so darker designs may print slightly faded.

To ensure the best possible print quality on your toppers, please:

  • Upload high-resolution images or logos (avoid blurry or pixelated files)

  • Clients are fully responsible for the spelling, grammar, and accuracy of any text provided during the design process. Due to the high volume of orders we process, we are unable to review or correct submitted content.

    Once an order is placed and printing begins, we may not be able to make changes or offer reprints. We strongly recommend reviewing your text carefully before confirming your order.

  • Avoid photos taken in yellow indoor lighting or direct sunlight, as this can distort colours and reduce print clarity

  • Where possible, choose designs with contrasting colours and clear definition

  • Edible Drink Toppers are made from edible paper, so it’s completely normal for them to become slightly soggy when placed directly on a drink. For best results, we recommend using them on cocktails with a foam layer, on drinks served over ice (on the rocks), or clipped to the rim of the glass using a small peg.

    Our premium edible paper is thicker and designed to last longer, but it will still absorb moisture over time. While it won’t dissolve, it may lose its sharpness, colour definition, or firmness after a few minutes in liquid.

    To get the best visual impact, it’s ideal to place the topper just before serving the drink.

Payment: All payments must be made in advance and through the methods specified on the website. Cocktail Toppers Pro reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time.

Shipping: Cocktail Toppers Pro will ship its products to the address specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and for any additional shipping fees or customs duties incurred.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier service (e.g., Royal Mail). While we take every reasonable step to ensure safe and prompt delivery, Cocktail Toppers Pro cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen parcels caused by courier error, incorrect address details, or external factors beyond our control.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • Customers must first raise a claim with Royal Mail directly.

  • We are happy to assist by providing tracking information and shipment details to support the investigation.

  • However, we are not obligated to remake or refund orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Replacements or refunds will only be considered at our discretion after a courier investigation is completed.

Returns and Refunds Policy – Cocktail Toppers Pro

Cocktail Toppers Pro does not accept returns or offer refunds for its products, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a reprint where appropriate.

All toppers are custom-made to order using the images, logos, or designs provided by the customer. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after printing has started

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g. Royal Mail)

  • The event date has passed and the toppers are no longer usable

  • Minor colour differences due to edible ink limitations

  • Spelling, image quality, or design errors submitted by the customer

  • Damage caused during or after delivery not related to production fault

📦 Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. Cocktail Toppers Pro cannot be held liable for delays, lost parcels, or misdeliveries caused by Royal Mail or any other courier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring the shipping status via the tracking link provided

  • Contacting Royal Mail directly if a parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received

  • Informing us of any delivery issue within 24 hours of the expected delivery date

We do not offer refunds or reprints solely because the event date has passed due to courier delays, or because an order was not monitored or chased in time by the customer.

✅ Refunds or Reprints May Be Considered Only If:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue

  • There is a significant printing error that is clearly our responsibility

  • The item does not match the design submitted or approved

To be eligible for a refund or reprint, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • Return all toppers upon request (must match the full quantity ordered, otherwise claims cannot be accepted)

⚠️ Additional Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons

  • All refund or reprint decisions are made at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • If a reprint is approved, your order will be re-queued and processed once current orders are fulfilled

Allergies: Cocktail Toppers Pro products are free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform themselves of the ingredients and to use the products with caution if they have any allergies.

Limitation of Liability: Cocktail Toppers Pro will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its products. By using our products, you agree to hold Cocktail Toppers Pro harmless for any damages or losses that may occur.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cocktail Toppers Pro is located.

Changes to Agreement: Cocktail Toppers Pro reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our products, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of this Agreement.

By using our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
